Register/Login
If you are a member, please log in to place an order. Please enter your registered email address.
- You can change your membership information on the Account Page.
If you wish to register as a member (free of charge), please proceed through the " Membership Registration Screen " here.
You can also make a purchase without registering as a member.
Order process
1. Add the product you wish to purchase to your cart.
On the product details page, select the color/size and click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Items added to your cart will be automatically removed after a certain period of time. Please be aware of this beforehand.
2. Review the items in your cart and click "Go to Checkout".
- Please enter your coupon code if you have one.
3. Enter your information
Please enter your delivery address and payment information.
- Already have an account? Please log in using the "Log In" button.
- We accept credit card, cash on delivery, and selected external payment methods.
4. Review your order details
and click "Pay Now".
- Once you click the "Confirm Order" button, you cannot cancel or change your order (including your address and name).
5. Order Completion:
Once your order number is displayed, your order is complete. You will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox.
Payment methods
Credit Card
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Payment will be processed by Burton Japan GK.
- We will cover the credit card processing fees.
- When you place an order, we will verify the creditworthiness of your credit card. You may receive a billing statement from your credit card company at that time, but no payment will be processed (except for debit cards).
- Payment will be processed after your order has been shipped. The payment will be debited from your account on your credit card company's billing date.
PayPay
This is a cashless payment service provided by PayPay Corporation. Payment methods include "PayPay balance" or "PayPay credit".

Apple Pay
Simply tap the Apple Pay button on the shopping cart screen and then authenticate to purchase items.
- Your product will be delivered to the address registered with Apple Pay.

Cash on Delivery
This is a payment method where you pay for the product when the delivery company delivers the product to you.
- The maximum amount for cash on delivery is 300,000 yen (including tax).
- We will cover the cash-on-delivery fee.
Regarding receipts
This will be included with your order as a "delivery note and receipt." The recipient's name will be the name of the shipping address.
Product Delivery
Delivery company: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express
- We generally use Yamato Transport for delivery, but we may use Sagawa Express depending on the items of your order or other reasons.
- Ordered products may not be shipped when defects are found in the product before shipment or due to out of stock, differences, etc. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Please note that delivery may not be possible at the desired date and time in some regions, or when shipping operations cannot be conducted due to holidays (including year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, temporary closures), etc., or during severe weather.
- Generally, the shipped packages cannot be forwarded.
Shipping Fee
Shipping Fee’s by total amount of products (tax included):

- Non-member: 550 yen
5,500 yen or more:

11,000 yen or more:

- Flat-rate shipping fee will be applied throughout the country.
- We will bear the COD fee.
- Cash on delivery is not available in some regions (remote islands).
- Please note that all shipping fees will be displayed as “free” due to the system if you choose cash on delivery as the payment method. This issue is currently being fixed in the system.
Order Shipment Schedule
We ship items Monday through Friday. (*Excluding public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and designated days)
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
- You can specify the delivery date and time within the period displayed on the order screen.
- Burton.com shares some inventory with Burton stores. If you order more than one item and some items are shipped from the store, the date and time of delivery may vary due to multiple shipments.

When you are not present at the time of the delivery
When you are not present at the time of delivery, the parcel delivery agent will leave a notice. Please arrange a new delivery date during the redelivery period to pick up the item. If you are unable to receive it due to a long absence or an unknown address and the item is returned, or if you wish to have the returned package redelivered, you may be charged round-trip shipping and additional costs.
If the item does not arrive
If the product has not arrived within the above period, please contact us with the information below. Please let us know your order number when contacting us.
Cancellation / Change of Order
In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. Changes include address and name. You can return the item you have received and order the item you want again.
Changing the delivery address is only possible after the package has been picked up by the carrier. However, in that case, the recipient may be charged the additional cost of forwarding from the original address to forwarding address. For details, please check “About the start of fare collection when changing (forwarding) the delivery address” page on Yamato Transport website.
Returns
<If you wish to make a return due to customer circumstances>
Please initiate a return from here or provide your order number to the contact below within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all accessories/inserts included and the original tags attached. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you purchase varied sizes of the same product, we may consider this to be for resale purposes and refuse your return.

We will exchange or refund the item. Please initiate a return from here or provide your order number to the contact below within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanging Item Sizes
If you wish to exchange item sizes, you may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Please initiate a return from here or provide your order number to the contact below within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered. It is limited to new and unused condition with all accessories/inserts included and the original tags attached. If you return it for exchanging item sizes, return shipping is free. Returns can be made with Yamato Transport’s cash on delivery. (Return is only available for the first time. Excluding the board.) Please re-order a new one for the size you want.

・Burton.com及びアプリで同一のメールアドレスで会員登録後、ログインし商品を購入するとお買い上げ金額に応じてポイントが貯まります。貯めたポイントはBurton.com、または弊社の対象ストアで使用できる割引クーポン等と交換することが可能です。

- ポイントはいかなる場合も換金することはできません。

- 獲得したポイントは、獲得したポイント毎に発行日から12ヶ月後に失効します。
- ポイントを第三者に譲渡・貸与・相続することは出来ません。譲渡・貸与・相続されたポイントは無効となります。判明した場合、ご本人および不正利用者の会員資格を取り消し同時に過去の獲得ポイントのすべてを無効にします。

スマートフォンの機種変更について
機種変更後にご登録のメールアドレスでログインしていただければ、ポイントはアカウントに引き継ぐことができます。

Prohibition of resale of products
We can cancel an order or shipment without liability to the customers if any of the following applies.
- Orders that exceed the purchase limits set by each item
- Multiple orders from organizations that have the same address and the same account
- When we determine that it is a mass purchase for the purpose of reselling the product
- Frequent deliveries to the same address, delivery addresses that are post office boxes, forwarding services, etc.

Setting Up Hard Goods and Waxing
We do not provide services such as setting up of hard goods (boards and bindings), waxing, or tuning. For setting up, please check the manual and video, or reach out to the Burton Guides.
Mounting Re:Flex Bindings to 3D Boards
When mounting men's and women's Re:Flex bindings to Burton 3D boards, you need a separate pair of 3D Hinge Disc. You can purchase 3D Hinge Disc from here.
Cooling-off
Cooling-off is a system applied to door-to-door sales. Please note that the sales of products on this site are made through mail-order accessed by customers, and therefore the cooling-off system does not apply.
