First Chair is Burton's loyalty program. Members receive benefits based on their membership level. As you accumulate miles and level up, you'll unlock more benefits. For example, at Level 1 you can participate in double and triple mile events, and as you level up further, you can enjoy birthday gifts, early access to sales, product testing, VIP-only benefits, and more. There are no fees whatsoever.

• Miles are earned by purchasing products and services at burton.com
• You earn 1 mile for every ¥100 (tax included) spent.
• Miles don't have a cash value, but as you accumulate miles and your level increases, you'll be able to use more and more rewards.
• Miles are credited separately from points earned through the official Burton app. Miles and points cannot be exchanged or combined.

Tier status is determined by the points you accumulate through eligible purchases of Burton and Anon goods, and participation in other special programs and promotional offers announced by Burton.

Loyalty Tier Structure is as follows:

• Tier 1: Members qualify into this tier with accrual of 0-749 earned points
• Tier 2: Members qualify into this tier with accrual of 750-1499 earned points
• Tier 3: Members qualify into this tier with the accrual of over 1500 earned points
